Indiana Economic Development Corporation
The State of Indiana worked with River Systems to refresh their conference rooms and executive boardroom for the Indiana Economic Development Corporation. IEDC works with Fortune 500 companies around the globe to create jobs in Indiana; collaboration tools such as video conferencing rooms are mission critical for high profile meetings with corporate executives and foreign dignitaries.
River Systems worked with IEDC and the Indiana Office of Technology to design rooms that were simple in design, easy to use, and reliable. The results are conference rooms and an executive boardroom that look professional, support multimedia presentations, and enjoyed rapid adoption by the employees.

Constellation Insurance
Following the pandemic, Constellation Insurance had to become more agile and respond to changing business needs by supporting employees working from various locations. As they began the transition to hybrid work models - combining in-office and remote work - video conferencing became a critical tool for collaboration.
The organization was challenged with outdated conference room technology and turned to River Systems to refresh their technology. Leveraging River Systems’ Evergreen Service, Constellation Insurance deployed new conferencing systems as-a-service. This service not only provided systems that were simple to use and reliable but allowed for future technology refreshes at no additional cost.

Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
Indiana Professional Licensing Agency needed to provide the public access to their hearings through video streaming. With a limited staff, IPLA needed a solution that would not require a crew to set up and operate: easy to use, reliable, and automated to run hands-free so the commissioners and attendees could focus on the hearing and not the technology.
River Systems created a solution designed to be as simple as possible using AI automation. The video stream of the hearings is launched from a single touch of the control panel. From there, cameras automatically switch and zoom in on whoever is speaking, audio is captured through table microphones, and presentations are shared on the displays and to remote participants simultaneously. The result is a hearing room that functions on its own without intervention by the committee.

Fortune 500: Financial Services
This NYC client relocated their international headquarters and partnered with River Systems to design, implement, and support their audio/video collaboration tools for all the conference rooms and meeting spaces.
Each room had to be easy to use for the employees, require little IT support, and match the aesthetics of the office. River Systems designed video conferencing systems that minimized the impact of the technology by recessing the monitors, concealing the cameras, microphones, and speakers, and placing a simple control panel on the table.
The results are elegantly designed systems that are simple to use, reliable, and blend into the rooms like works of art.

City of Ligonier: Hearing Room
In response to Indiana House Bill 1167, which mandates that government agencies record and stream public meetings to promote transparency and civic engagement, the City of Ligonier needed a turnkey solution to upgrade its City Council Hearing Room.
The final system included automated camera and microphone technologies designed to focus precisely on individual speakers without the need for manual control. Intelligent PTZ cameras were configured to recognize and automatically frame each City Council Member as they began speaking. Beamforming microphones embedded at the council dais isolate each speaker’s voice while suppressing ambient noise - creating a dynamic, broadcast-quality viewing experience for remote audiences.
With the new system in place, the City of Ligonier is fully compliant with state laws. Meetings are now streamed live and archived for public access, reinforcing the city’s commitment to open government.

Supporting Zoom Rooms for a Global CX Leader
As a Fortune 500 provider of AI-driven customer experience and contact center solutions, this corporation is at the forefront of digital transformation. In support of their hybrid work strategy, they partnered with River Systems to design, deploy, and support a robust network of Zoom Rooms in their newly established office location.
The outcome was a diverse suite of meeting spaces - from compact video-enabled rooms to expansive all-hands areas - each tailored for intuitive, reliable use. Installations included everything from video bars for quick, spontaneous meetings to advanced ceiling microphone arrays discreetly embedded within acoustic panels to maintain aesthetic appeal while ensuring crystal-clear audio.

John Glenn Schools Stream Board Meetings
Committed to fostering open governance and engaging its community, John Glenn School Corporation partnered with River Systems to bring its School Board hearings in line with state laws requiring government transparency.
River Systems designed and implemented a tailored multimedia system that prioritized simplicity and reliability. At the heart of the solution is the automated pan-tilt-zoom camera programmed to track and frame individual board members as they spoke. Complementing the camera system was a high-performance audio array installed at the board table, isolating each speaker’s voice clearly for both the livestream and the meeting archive.

City of Huntingburg Refreshes City Council Chambers
The City of Huntingburg recognized the need to modernize its City Council Hearing Room to better support public engagement, accessibility, and comply with new state laws requiring streaming and recording public hearings. With limited legacy tools and growing community expectations around transparency, Huntingburg partnered with state approved vendor River Systems to reimagine its audio, video, and presentation capabilities.
Before the upgrade, staff had to manually position cameras, connect laptops with various adapters, troubleshoot audio inconsistencies, and later spend time manually transcribing and cleaning up recordings. Now, with the push of one button, the meetings are streamed, automated cameras track speakers on their own, wireless presentation eliminates setup hassles, and audio is captured cleanly through push-to-talk microphones - reducing pre-meeting prep significantly.
Even more impactful, the integration with Zoom automates recording and transcription. Staff no longer need to transcribe meeting minutes by hand and they have added closed captions or language translations to their hearings. All of this means fewer errors, faster turnaround, and more bandwidth for staff to support broader civic engagement efforts.
