Meeting rooms for the state capital
Columbus runs on meetings that have to be on the record: state agency sessions, board meetings, public hearings. Those rooms need clear audio first, then reliable recording and streaming, then simple controls that any staff member can operate. We design in that order, because a room that sounds bad is a room nobody trusts.
Simple controls instead of a technician in the room
One touch to join, one touch to share, one touch to end. Our rooms put a single control panel on the table or the wall and keep the rest out of the way. Staff should be able to start a meeting without calling IT, and IT should be able to see the room is healthy without walking to it.
Ohio Sunshine Law compliance built into the room
Ohio public bodies have real obligations around notice, access and the record of a meeting. The technology side of that is recording, streaming and an archive people can actually find. Our Ohio Sunshine Law guide walks through what the law expects and what the room has to do to satisfy it.
