River Systems allow organizations to deploy videoconference rooms without the high cost of labor and IT staffing burden. Our services include deployment, help desk support, and ongoing maintenance on all of the technology in the room, not just the Zoom Room and Teams Room hardware. We provide responsive, day-to-day, administration of the system including software testing and updates. Additional services include equipment/software monitoring, event detection, fault detection, and subsequent notification.
