The Video Network Operations Center (VNOC) is staffed by dedicated support technicians that are trained and certified to provide Tier 1-3 level support for video networks and cloud services. Our technicians are also certified across all the major manufacturers, which allows us to provide a single support team for your entire company's videoconference infrastructure. The service includes our 8am-8pm EST Help Desk support (optional 24x7), remote access support, test center to correct any issues that occur, and on-site support with any of our certified field technicians.
